Every Day Is A Holiday! Today, January 7th, We Celebrate National Old Rock Day.
January 7, 2013
Oh man, the rocks on Canada's Baffin Island are really old. / 'How old are they?' / They're so old that dinosaurs once used them as marbles. They're so old they were rocking out when the moon was just space dust in its father's eye. No, but seriously these rocks have been around for 4.5 billion years, back when the earth was a fiery magma ball. So pay respect to your elders today and tell an old rock, 'Hey you're alright by me.'
